어떤 사람이 ‘禘説(=禘祭에 關聯한 規定)’을 (孔子님에게) 물었다. 子曰 “모르겠오. 그 禘説을 (정말 잘) 아는 사람의 ‘天下(=世上)’에서는 禘説이 여기에 나타나는 것과 ‘같을 것이오(or 같이 쉬울 것이오)” (그러면서) 自身의 손바닥을 가리켰다.

Someone asked about the remark Confucius made on the ti offering. Confucius said, “I don’t know. In the world of those who know, it is as what is shown here.” And he referred to the palm of his hand.
